Return Policy:

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to info@casapaloma.mx in order to request a return or exchange. You will receive a response with further instructions on how to proceed.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with returns and exchanges.

Refund Policy:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchange Policy:
